Regular Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Extended Care:
Morning: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Registration & Payment
Registration and Payment: Registration forms must be completed and submitted to the Recreation Office at least one week before camp begins. You can upload forms online on your CivicRec Portal sent directly to Emma Lama at the Recreation Office. Scholarship Info: Thank you to everyone who applied for a Summer Fun Camp scholarship this year. All available scholarship funds have been awarded, and the application is now closed. If you have questions about payment plans or need help with your camp registration, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Emma Lama at lama@townofwindsorct.com —We’re happy to work with you.
Payment Policy: The first two weeks must be paid in full at the time of registration. For campers attending multiple weeks, payment plans are available. A deposit equal to two week’s payment is required at the time of registration, and the balance for each week is due two weeks out. To enroll in a Summer Fun Camp payment plan, you must contact Emma Lama directly.

Week 6: Due July 14

Refund Policy: All refunds will be credited to your customer account unless the program registration fee was paid by credit card, in which case a refund will be credited back to your credit card account. Refunds processed back to credit cards usually appear on the next month’s statement. If you have any questions regarding the refund policy, please contact the Recreation Department at (860) 285-1990.

Camp Offerings Overview

Summer Fun Camp offers three age-specific groups, ensuring every camper is surrounded by peers their own age.
– Ages 5-7: JFK Elementary School, 530 Park Ave (Campers must be 5 years old by June 23, 2025)
– Ages 8-10: L.P. Wilson Community Center
– Ages 11-13: 330 Windsor Ave Recreation Center, 330 Windsor Ave
What’s a Typical Day Like?
– Activities include sports, arts and crafts, outdoor games, wellness activities, and enrichment sessions.
– Campers swim at the Veterans outdoor pool (schedule provided weekly).
– Every day is designed to engage, inspire, and create joy!
