The FY 26 proposed budget approved by the Town Council on April 30th, 2025 reflects a mill rate of 28.45 mills.
Please Note:
- Based on the proposed budget approved by the Town Council on April 30th, 2025.
- Vehicle data, including MSRP is provided by the CT Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
- Gross assessments reflected only; veteran exemptions, BAA adjustments, prorates for sold vehicles, etc. are not reflected in assessment figures above.
- Some amounts may be slightly off due to rounding.
- Utility trailers used exclusively for personal use are now exempt.
- If a VIN# identifies it as having initially been an incomplete cab & chassis, MSRP includes both the MSRP of the cab & chassis as well as the MSRP of the added vehicle body, such as the dump bed of a dump truck.
- Please email documentation of your vehicles MSRP to townassessor@townofwindsorct.com if you believe that the MSRP of your vehicle is incorrect.
