Stormwater Management

The Town of Windsor developed an updated Stormwater Management Plan for the Town in 2017 in accordance with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s (CTDEEP) General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems issued January 20, 2016.

The MS4 permit draft for calendar year 2024 will be posted by February 15, 2025.
